Wool/cotton jean cloth yarn dyed with logwood in house and custom woven for us on a shuttle loom. Features horizontal color variances through, with larger stripes as a result of the authentic processes with which the material is produced. Truly as faithful a reproduction as can possibly be made today! Logwood was an extremely common dyestuff for military clothing used by the CS army. It starts life as a medium gray, but quickly fades to a "dirty tan" shade. Not currently available as yardage, but available for kits and finished garments at a nominal upcharge.
